RESTORATIVE MASSAGE BODYWORK

With ten years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist certified in various Eastern and Western modalities, my goal is to work together to meet your body's needs.  

By embracing my natural empathy and intuition, I work with the body to process pain and trauma. 

Working in a chiropractic setting for six years allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and experience with thousands of different bodies. From high performance athletes to the elderly and everything in between, I learned the importance of restoring the body to its natural state by providing exceptional recovery through restorative bodywork. 

Watching my father struggle with PTSD as a 2x Vietnam Veteran set the course for  me to discover my passion for bodywork. 

I believe this experience helped cultivate my intuition and empathy as well as inspire me to bring a state of calm to others. Hence the name CHOZEN; CHO means give in Vietnamese and ZEN is a state of calm.
